According to Belarusian legislation, color cannot be exchanged or returned.

27. Flowers, plants, seeds

We can only refund if you apply one day before delivery and if we have not collected the bouquet. If the bouquet is assembled, a refund is not possible.
For regular customers we offer the service of transferring the delivery of the bouquet to the next order. The exception is rare flowers, flowers brought specifically for this bouquet, perishable goods - fruits, food, cakes, etc.; inflated balls; signed postcards, etc.

To process a return, you need to send a request to the mail. Once your request has been processed, we will let you know if your request has been approved or denied.
If the request is approved, we will issue a refund within 3 days and notify you by email. The money will be returned to the same bank card with which the order was paid. The return period is determined by your bank.
